Green Smoothie

I eat smoothie at breakfast, or just after my working day before the yoga class. Since i ate smoothies, my skin, hair are prettyer, and i’m feel better! Full in vitamins, you can add superfood aliments like aloe, maca, spiruline, hemp seed…

It’s very simple and super easy to made, you just need a blender!

You have different options, my favorite:

  • Concumber an half
  • Spinach
  • 1 apple
  • Aloe juice
  • Ginger
  • Spriruline

 

Other option:

  • kale
  • avocado an half
  • mango an half
  • coconut water
  • aloe juice

 

Sometimes i take fruits and vegetables comes from my fridge, you can just experiment somes recipes.
